The effect of TR CU 004/2011 applies to low-voltage equipment put into circulation in the unified customs territory of the EAEU,designed for use at rated voltage of

50至1000 V（含）交流电75至1500 V（含）直流电。

No unacceptable risk of elevated temperatures,arcing,or radiation that could result in hazards;

An adequate level of protection against injury from rotating and stationary parts of low-voltage equipment;

针对因使用低压设备而产生的非电源性危害（包括物理、化学或生物因素造成的危害）所需的保护水平；

The required level of protection against hazards of non-electrical origin arising from the use of low-voltage equipment,including those caused by physical,chemical or biological factors;

TR CU 020/2011"Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means"

TR CU 020/2011适用于在欧亚经济联盟共同关税区内流通的、能够产生电磁干扰且（或）其功能质量取决于外部电磁干扰影响的技术手段。

TR CU 020/2011 applies to technical means put into circulation in the common customs territory of the EAEU,capable of creating electromagnetic interference and(or)the quality of functioning of which depends on the impact of external electromagnetic interference.

电磁兼容性法规（TR CU 020/2011）不适用于技术手段：

Regulations on electromagnetic compatibility(TR CU 020/2011)does not apply to technical means:

由其他技术手段的制造商作为其组件使用，且不打算独立使用；在电磁兼容性方面处于被动状态；未列入CU内规定了强制性要求的产品统一清单。

used by manufacturers of other technical means as their components and not intended for independent use;passive with regard to electromagnetic compatibility;not included in the Unified List of products for which mandatory requirements are established within the CU.

属于本技术规范范围内的技术手段必须以EAC合格认证或EAC符合性声明的形式确认其符合性。

Technical means falling within the scope of this technical regulation shall be subject to confirmation of conformity in the form of EAC certification or EAC declaration.

技术手段的设计和制造应确保在用于其预期目的并满足安装、操作（使用）、储存、运输（装运）和维护要求时：

Technical means shall be designed and manufactured so that when using it for its intended purpose and meeting the requirements for installation,operation(use),storage,transportation(shipping)and maintenance:

技术手段产生的电磁干扰不**过确保通信和其他技术手段按其用途运行的水平；

electromagnetic interference generated by the technical means does not exceed the level that ensures the functioning of communication and other technical means in accordance with their purpose;

the technical means had a level of resistance to electromagnetic interference(noise immunity),ensuring its operation in the electromagnetic environment,for use in which it is intended.

TR EAEU 037/2016"On Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Radioelectronic Products"

本技术法规规定了在欧洲经济联盟（EAEU）**内应用和履行的强制性要求，以限制在欧洲经济联盟（EAEU）**内流通的电气和无线电电子产品中使用有害物质，确保其自由流通。

This technical regulation establishes requirements mandatory for application and fulfilment in the territory of the EAEU to restrict the use of hazardous substances in electrical and radioelectronic products put into circulation in the territory of the EAEU in order to ensure their free movement.

以下产品不在技术规范的适用范围内：

The effect of technical regulations does not apply to the following products:

用于额定电压**过交流1000伏和直流1500伏的电气工程和无线电电子产品，除非TR EAEU 037/2016附件N 1另有规定；

未列入TR EAEU 037/2016附件N 1清单、专门设计用作电气设备组件的电气工程和无线电电子产品；

电动玩具；使用屠宰产品或以屠宰产品为基础制造的食品添加剂和生物活性食品添加剂、药品、动物饲料、非食品用产品；

作为电气和无线电产品组成部分的光伏板（太阳能电池）；

作为地面和轨道空间物体组成部分的电气和无线电产品；

专门用于空中、水上、地面和地下运输的电气设备；

电池和蓄电池，包括作为电气和无线电产品的一部分在欧盟境内流通的电池和蓄电池；

二手（旧）电气和无线电电子产品；测量仪器；医疗器械。

电气工程和无线电电子产品必须以EAC符合性声明的形式进行合格确认，但根据申请人的选择，也可以用EAC认证来代替EAC声明。

Products of electrical engineering and radioelectronics are subject to confirmation of conformity in the form of EAC declaration of conformity,but at the applicant's choice it can be replaced by EAC certification.
